Inter-section

I came across another junction,
Another traffic light to obey,
I need to rush off yet I had to stop,
Another obligation I had to pay.

It was hard to make a choice,
Yet the decision I have to make,
It was even harder to forget the love,
Yet I had to let go to receive.

In this inter-section,
I found you and another,
At this very moment,
My heart raced not for one but two.
